- 1 Tbs shallots, diced finely
- 1 Tbs honey mustard
- 1 Tbs maple syrup
- 2 Tbs sherry vinegar
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
- 1/3–1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- salt, to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk the shallots, honey mustard, maple syrup, sherry vinegar, and lemon juice.
- While constantly whisking, drizzle in the olive oil and whisk until combined.
- Add the pepper and salt to taste.
