Description
Bon bons are my favorite Christmas treat! I can remember making these with my mom as a young child. Now, I make them with my kids. They love to dip them in chocolate.

- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 stick butter, room temperature
- Dash salt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 pounds powdered sugar
- 10 ounces Angel Flake coconut
- 3 cups chopped pecans
- Dipping Chocolate (I like Ghirardelli dark chocolate melting wafers)
Instructions
- Beat room temperature cheese, butter, and salt in standing mixer with paddle. Add the vanilla and powdered sugar, stir until well blended. Then, add the coconut and pecans.
- Chill in refrigerator for about 30 minutes or covered with plastic wrap overnight. Scoop by the teaspoon and roll into balls. Dip in chocolate and enjoy! Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
